My Truck Won't Start! Can You Help?

When I turn the key in my 92 Nissan pickup nothing happens! There's no clicking and the engine doesn't turn over. The headlights, stereo, etc all come on and continue to work till I turn them off. In the beginning, it would start...eventually, after a few attempts or several attempts! If I happen to have a man around to push, it will compression start. I've tried to start it every day twice a day for 5 days now. I don't think I'm going to be able to coax it to start again.

This just happened to my friend, it's the battery. Check to see if the alternator is feeding back 13-14 amp to the battery. If the battery is not old the alternator is bad. If you keep pop starting your car and run off the alternator you will end up killing the alternator.

Dear, as you have told us about the problem, the problem seems to be in the battery, may be the battery is down but it is better to take your truck to the workshop so that the skilled person can check where the real problem lies.
