There is no hard and fast rule you can use to keep your dog name. You can keep any name for your dog. Usually people keep their dog names without going through any complex process. So one of the reasons for keeping the dogs name is that they love their pets and they call them by their names so this is why some people pay attention in keeping the names for their dogs. So you can keep any name which you like for your dog and can call him by his name and there is no such hard and fast rule for keeping the name for your dog.

So people keep names for the dogs which is easy to speak and convenient to remember for them. They like to keep short names and avoid keeping long names for their dogs. So this is the reason they do not go for any complex process in order to keep names for their dogs. You can keep any human name for your dog like Ben, Nancy, Paula, Mike and many others. There is no one who can oppose your names because they are no law which hinders people to keep names for their dogs.
