Hi:
Sometimes this is a sign of allergies. They start licking the feet because they itch and then it becomes a habit. They lick every day at a certain time...VERY common habit.
First thing is to make sure she is on a good food that in low in grains. ( corn and corn meal are awful)
Give her a good food like Innova EVO, Wellness, Solid Gold or Eagle Pack Brand... Make a switch slowly to a new food. Give 1/2 her food and 1/2 new food for a few weeks. Then, after a little bit of time do just the NEW food.
See if she changes her licking actions. It may be all due to food allergies.
Next, get a good supplement - NuVET Plus helps with itching, excessive licking and helps keep your pal healthy.

BEST wishes on this!

I have seen this with many dogs. Most likely, your dog is just being a dog. Dogs love to lick things. Look closely at the floor she licks. There might be food scrumbs or something there. Or she might be a cat! Just kidding!
