Stick to it, exercise daily. I lost 125lbs in only four months people told me i lost it to fast, but i eat health from each food group and started walking 5 miles daily, and i never cheated. The weight melted of me. People are still keep asking me if i Had my stomach stapled, i just keep saying if you put your mind to something nothing can stop you. The harder you try the better the results.

It doesn't have to be all diet for you to lose weight. You have to excercise at least 1/2 hours each day. I recommend you to take a short jog of 20 minutes each morning if possible. For your diet, you shouldn't eat something fried or with too much oil or sugar. Eat vegetables and fruit at 3 servings per day. If you don't like to jog or do hard work, you should join a dance program to lose weight.
