Can Torque Be Measured When Loosening Bolts?
I need to determine the torque that was applied to bolts that are installed by a manufacture of a sub assembly product i have purchased to ensure that my specifications were met.

In collage we would use a spanner of known length and use the force meter to get the force applied. Torque is force X perpendicular distance from the point of application to the point of rotation
