You cannot go back to your old polling place to vote. You don't reside in that district anymore. If you were registered previously and officially changed your address with the DMV, you should be registered in your new voting district. You just have to find out where your new polling place is.

You can try going and taking ID with you and your old registration card but these things should have been handled early,you can contact the polls in your area where you live now or go back to your previous voting place and cast your vote,never attempt to handle business at the last moment...hope for the best for you.
