According to my knowledge the best room temperature while exercising is between 68-71 Degree Fahrenheit. You might think it would be too hot but the fact is it would stimulate sweating which is beneficial for the body. The muscles also tend to function better when the body is warm. The body is more willing to give up fat when the body is warm.
