    If you want to tone the best way to do this is to eat healthy and do regular cardiovascular exercises such as running for at least 15 to 20minits or swimming or even cycling.Doing sets of sit up will tone and build muscles but to get a well toned body do cardiovascular to tone if you are starting for the first time do 4 to 6 sets of sit ups each set consisting of atleast 10 to 15reps keep youre arms folded over your chest and make sure youre feet are secure so you dont hurt youre self
