Why Do We See Dreams When We Are Asleep?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Well, when we are sleeping we are somewhat unconscious. Our mind clumps thoughts together and forms a movie in our minds. RAP is rapid eye movement, which happens when  you are sleeping. Your eyes move rapidly behind your lids. If you don't have enough sleep at night, RAP happens when you are awake. That's how you get daydreams.
