Can You Describe Caesar As The Tragic Hero?

    Men who create history through their lives,their death also doesn't remain far behind. Roman General Julius Caesar was one of such people.He spend all his life struggling for Rome.He first came on to the scene when his forces defeated the Gaul. In a series of battle ,he defeated all his enemies. The final battle at Pharsalus resulted in Caesar triumph over Pompey. Now he was in complete  control over Rome,but some people of his own camp ,began to envy him.The chief plotters were Brutus and Cassius .They took the opportunity and killed Caesar. One doesn't expects such acts from those whom he trusts a lot.Same was the case with Julius Caesar. Famous author William Shakespeare expressed the depression that Caesar had gone through , in these words .
    "Brutus !You too".Life was made a tragedy for Caesar by his greedy and opportunist friends.Death also established him as a tragic hero  .
