How Can You Stop Somebody Snoring?
My husband is a terrible snorer, he keeps me and the kids awake, it's getting passed a joke. We have even joked to him to go and work nights, for a while, but he was not amused. Please help with good advice.

No you cant stop anyone from snoring. You have to bear with the issue. Snoring happens in the deep sleep or in a specific posture. Some good doctor might help you out.

Well..if the snoring is actually waking you up from your sleep you might have to do as bozley said and bear with it..if it is only preventing you from falling asleep..you can try interrupting his sleep well enough to stop the snoring and hopefully you can beat him back to sleep and enjoy the rest of the night...lol..i heard that work...good luck

My husband use to snore like nobody's business and would keep me half the night. We bought these strips called "Breathe Right" and they work wonders! Try them...they worked for us!
