How Did R&B Originate ?
For homework we have to find out how different types of music originated so i picked R&B for mine and now i have to find out how it originated.

R&B stands for Rhythm and Blues. It is a combination of Jazz, gospel and blues. It has its origin in the African American generation and from the mixed cultural society of the 1940's in the United states. African American singers were the main formers of this kind of music.
