It won't. It's just a smoke screen. The fix will be to eliminate NAFTA. Break the dependance on china. Become a self seficient country. Take care of our own. Right now, we contribute 40% of the entire stock of food to the world food bank. Yet hords of people go hungry right here in the states. Somethings gotta give. Creating millions of jobs is great, but, at the same time, creating an extra trillion dollars in debt. This does not compute.
