What Time Do You Think People Should Wake Up In The Morning?
What time do you think people should be up in the morning???

Depending on the work schedule and chores about the home, people who sleep past 7:00 A.M., miss the best part of the day. We generally get up about 5:00 A.M. But my husband owns a roofing company, and its an early starting work, except in winter when the days are shorter.

On the weekends 9 should be the latest people wake up, but that's if they had a later night. If you go to bed earlier, you need to wake up around 7. But if you are really tired you need to sleep in, because it is healthy! On weekdays you have to wake up according to what time you go to work, school, ect..!

A healthy amount of sleep is approximately 8-10 hours of sleep but it depends on what time you have to be at a certain place and how long it takes you to get ready to decide when to get up. This may mean making sure you are in bed by a certain time. If it takes you 1hour and 30minutes than you should give yourself 1hour and 45minutes to get ready in case of unexpected delays like you can't find your pants or something. If you don't have anyhwere to go than you should set your alarm to get you up 8-10 hours after you went to bed.

Well I think people should wake up in the morning at prayer time. Now a day, many people have a habit to go to bed late at night and then wakeup late in the morning and what think many people don't known the benefits of waking up early in the morning. Following are some benefits:
- Greet the day.
- Amazing start
- Feel fresh
- Quietude.
- Sunrise (the greatest feats of nature)
- Have a time for Breakfast. May doctor say if you don't have a breakfast then you will appear older than your age.
- Morning Exercise. (feel fresh)
- More productive work.
It is a well known saying... "Early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise". So its great to wake early in the morning.

The wisdom part of Hatha Yoga (not the exercise part) states that on must awake before Sunrise. The later you awake after sunrise the worser it is for mental clarity, and cause inertia (laziness). Practitioners of meditation awake at least one hour earlier to do their meditation or prayer. I vouch from sheer experience that this is true.
