How Do You Tell The Difference Between Brass And Copper?

Copper is a metal in itself while brass is an alloy of copper and zinc in varying proportions. Bronze is a much harder substance than copper. Copper is a bright orange in colour while bronze is a rich orange/brown in colour. This is one way of differentiating between copper and bronze.
