I can give you my opinion here only. In my opinion, there is no disadvantage of Marketing Methods. All the marketing methods are good and useful if you do it in a proper way. There are some methods which are more attractable and useful than others. For example, you have to see the traffic of the people on your marketing campaign.
You make an advertisement on TV and this channel is live throughout the world then your campaign can be very successful. But if you make a flyer and distribute it among people then how much can you cover. You have to see every method according to your budget and plan. There are many disadvantages as compared to advantages.My opinion is that advertising is good in some ways but has many different side effects.Even though you can make different campaigns sometimes the advertising agencies do not tell the viewer about the quality of the product and the viewers are expected to try it out themselves.
