Our Lymph nodes tend to swell when we are sick or have an infection of some kind because they are produces large amounts of white blood cells to fight the infection.  If it does not to get smaller and starts to enlarge, you should see you PCP/family doctor.  Tumors are tested through biopsy's to see if they are benign or malignant.
