Below describes how to cook and serve an artichoke.
Ingredients:
• 6 Jerusalem artichokes
• ½ cup lightly salted water
• ½ cup olive oil
• ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
• ¼ cup chopped garlic
• ¼ cup chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
At first wash and peel and cook in boiling lightly in the salted water for 30 minutes. Cover it until it becomes soft. Now put a frying pan over heat and add oil to heat. Add garlic and parsley and toss them. Add boiled artichokes with it. And toss for 2-3minutes. Put it down from heat. Now mix salt and pepper to taste, and shower with lemon juice. Add some more parsley on it to garnish. Put a lemon piece cut in lotus-shape to bring an extravaganza look on your dish.
