Can Anyone Give Me Some Techniques On Splatter Painting Walls?

Found out her favourite colors first of course. but make sure the colors don't mix to make ugly colors. take paint brushes and just flick them at the white walls. or fill balloons with paint, pin them on the walls, and then throw like darts at them to pop them

Balloons and darts! Be sure to not miss the balloon with the darts though!!

...throwing paint filled balloons... (to avoid ugly lil holes in your wall).

Flick plastic spoons with paint in them at the wall.  It creates smaller, more controlled splats.  Invite a few friends over to help and order pizza.  Great for teens.  Worked for my younger sister.  Just make sure the floor is well covered.
