How To Build A Team Mission Statement?

The mission statement of a team depends upon what kind of achievement the team is intending for itself. But there are some general aspects that need to be kept in mind before going to make a mission statement.

The first aspect that is that you need to make it pragmatic because when it looks pragmatic all the team members will feel that they can achieve the target and they will be motivated to do that.

Another aspect is that the statement must have the well defined role for every team member. Unless every one will not have a defined role they can not be motivated to perform and the mission will remain unfulfilled.

The other important point is to make the mission statement as visible as possible as when the members will come across it every day, it will make them feel that why they are doing what they are doing and their motivation level will increase.
