Mp4 Player Is Frozen,any Idea?
Mp4 player worked good and now it wont do anything. I get a pic of a weird looking disk player maybe or a hour glass sort of. I have tried everything, removed the battery. Tried charging tried connecting to comp. And need help please.

Sometimes it happens that you purchase goods of ordinary brand, the situation you are facing, you should format your mp4 and then download the required files again.
