Ideally a good advertisement for Bichon Fries puppies would say that they have excellent temperaments and that they have been bred with care. It will say that they are KC registered and that the parents or at least one parent can be seen. The puppies will also be brought up in the home and socialised properly. The advertisement will also state what the puppies come with when they leave the mother. Do they come with insurance? Are they wormed? Do they come with anything free and does the breeder offer ongoing support?

Basically a good advertisement will state all of the above and the breeder will sound responsible. However it is possible for a breeder to lie in an advertisement, it is when you go and see the puppies that you will find out if what you read was the truth or not!
