Definitely you can change your name. However, it is pertinent to notify the concerned authorities about it so that they can make appropriate changes in all your documents. Also, you would have to announce it in a Public newspaper.

Yes of course, if you do not like your name you can change it. Socially you will not and problem but officially you will if you will not get it changed. So write an official affidavit and follow the legal steps to change your name officially. So you don't face any problems in future.
