Why Is LAN Card Automatically Disabling?

My pc. LAN card is disabling automatically. After every time i am restarting system. I am using windows xp. After restarting every time i am enabling manually

    It disabled automatically if your computer is abnormally shutdown. However, it can also happen if your computer is infected by virus.

      Perhaps you haven't installed the right drivers,in other words you should have a cd that installs the card on your computer
      as well it enables it,go to control panel
      then network connections the LAN card should be there right click  go to properties
      and check the drivers
