My dog takes the sentinal pill once a month and she has fleas. She is now chewing her hair out. I wanted to know if i can give her the front line treatment with the sentinal pill.

I am pretty sure it is safe to use frontline and Sentinel together although it is probably more than you need. Sentinel makes the fleas infertile so you do not have to worry about flea eggs hatching. Your biggest thing is going to be just to get rid of the adult fleas that are on your dog. Do you have a flea comb that you could run through your dog's hair to help get rid of them?
