In the fuel pump assembly in the fuel tank. You have to replace the whole thing, from a junkyard or new parts store. Most of them have to order the part. I just checked into this tonight, orilleys had it for 200$, and auto zone had it for almost 300$.
Yes, you have to drop the whole fuel tank to get to it. Check all the relays first, make sure the electrical signal is getting to the pump.
