    Is Everyone's Iris The Same Size?

    Im pretty sure all people have different sized eye balls, but does that mean that people's iris size varies as well?

    Eyeballs are all very close to the same size too. Some say that the eyeball is the size it's going to be at birth, but the fact is they are only about 80% the full size at birth and when the child is about 5 years old then they are full size.
    Irises vary about 1/2 mm person to person.

      Yes ,the iris can vary minutely from person to person. When its at its smallest ie contracted and when its at its largest dilated. Even when cataracts are being removed and new lenses fitted, they have to take appropriate readings to get the right size of lens. You may even have a slight variation in size and colour of your own eyes.
