How Do You Get Hypothermia Or Frostbite?

You get hypothermia by being in extreme cold. Signs are shivering, your heart and breathing is faster than usual, you hands and feet turn white and cold, you act confused, your lips and skin start to turn bluish, some people start to feel hot and take of thier jackets. DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS!!!! You get frostbite by being in extreme colds also but this is when your fingers hands toes, ect. Start freezing and turn completely frozen.
