This is an alarming situation. It seems like discharge coming out as waste in the form of feaces. It is some disease, which is affecting its digestive tract. It can be any internal infection or poor diet or mal nutrition. Take it to vet soon so that proper diagnoses can be made after its thorough check up. No medicine can be suggested at the moment until its discharge test is made to know the reason.
