Mew is on the island where u can only get the pass to get on the ship and u will reach there. But u must also hv the event cheat to get the pass.

If you have not gone to the s.s.anna yet, you might be able to get Mew. Because Mew is on the RIGHT side of the docks you are on. You have to serf that way and you will see a truck. (Mew is behind it.) Then use strength on the truck, push it to the left. Once the truck is out of the way, you will see Mew! Mew is level 30. Another way to get Mew is beating the Elite Four 50 times, and then talk to profeser Oak, he will say the cave near crlina or the city with Misty is infested with Mews! All Mews are level 90. The last way is to brigh your game boy, fire red/leaf green/ruby/saphier/emrald, and cable to toysrus and go to the game place. Ask for a Mew and you might get one.

You must defeat the elite 4 and then go to the cave near the city with the water gym and go into the cave normally blocked you will go into the cave and find a mew or mewtwo
