Actually you should let your Dr drain it so he can check for infection and to avoid it getting infected. I know it may sound silly but I have seen what an infected sebaceous gland looks and smells like. Please rate my answer

Because it is on a visible part of your body, it is probably best to have your doctor drain it. You can try applying hot compresses and very, very gently squeezing it with clean fingers and gauze, but you may wind up creating a problem.
