The Big Bang Theory Is Believed To Be The Most Credible Scientific Explanation For What?

Answer Question

The Big Bang theory is a theory that explains the origin of the Universe.

It is thought that the universe began at one tiny spot, which is a current position in the universe. We don't known why, but a gigantic amount of energy seemed to be there, condensed into an unimaginably small space and suddenly, it all exploded outwards.

At that moment, space and time came into being. After a billionth of a second, the universe was about the size of a pea, and then it continued to expand, and it is still expanding today.

This expansion was first noticed by the physicist Edwin Hubble (we named the space telescope after him) who proposed that the universe is expanding and provided the basis for other scientists to develop the Big Bang theory.

The Big Bang occurred about 15 billion years ago.

No one has a satisfactory and understandable answer to this proposition. If one accepts that all matter and energy was contained in an infintesimally small area that suddenly exploded for no reason one defies all logic. What for instance caused the big bang? What type of energy was trapped in the tiny area and from where did it eminate. It is all well and good to have a mathematical theory but what is the explanation in simple language. I rather suspect that we will never have an answer to this one.

The Big Bang theory states that there was a big explosion at some  point and that everything was created at that  moment.  I think the  big  bang was the  moment  that God said let there be light.
