Seattle, in Washington State on the North west Coast of America, is one of the most rapidly growing cities on the west coast. If you are moving there to the wet rainy city as it is called, you may like to consider the Belltown neighbourhood, along Seattle's waterfront, between the central business district and the city's most famous landmark, the Space Needle. Since you are 25 and want to enjoy some city life you might consider it, because it is is a medium-to-high-density residential neighbourhood.
It also has many of the city's hottest night-clubs, coffee houses, shops, art galleries, restaurants, many craft shops and social service organizations.

The older, buildings have views of the downtown skyline and waterfront, and you may be able to find an apartment here. among the many colourful building facades, indicating a strong artistic feeling in Belltown as one of Seattle's best-loved neighbourhoods by locals and tourists
However, prices are rising due to the boom of the nineties, so you may have to pay premium, its worth a look.
