It is just like the geographical boundaries of a country in shape of sub regions in a country just like America as a whole countries but as america considered as a sub divided to their states. Like Pakistan as a whole is a country but they divided into 4 provinces with different socio culture norms and traditions so not that but also in shape of population, distance and geographically
