Don't worry about your weight. Everyone is beautiful big or small. You can eat healthy to lose weight, like more vegetables,fruit, even protein. Some exercises you could do if u want is maybe go walking for an hour or two down the block. What i do is that everyday i run around my house 10 times. But for starters you could run around however much you like,take a breather and head back to running or jogging. But don't overdo it because you could damage your body seriously. Don't run around if it is scorching hot outside. Don't try to go for anorexia either, thats even worse. For now, just be happy as how you live your life who cares of what other people think.

No. You are not fat, you are overweight. If you feel good and can walk a flight of stairs without having to stop you are HEALTHY!

Well I think thats overweight. I'm 5'3 Age 16, And I weight about 120
I used to weigh 140 but I cut back on junk foods and so.
I have to catch my breath from a flight a stairs but I guess its because I've been smoking for a year.
I think I got fat again because I started smoking less and eating more. I feel fat now =/

No you are not fat. You may be overweight but it all depends on your body type. Most people who are in the 100 lbs or more range are tall. If you were short and 162lbs then yes you would be, but since you are taller than most 11 year olds it is probably just your body type. Dont EVER feel bad about being overweight, ESPECIALLY if its just because of our body type and in your case that seems to be the cause.
