If you want to burn an ISO onto a cd simply start up Nero then go the Nero Wizard. You'll see in the options you can burn to cd, select this option then tick the box "ISO copy". Then select your ISO. Simply as that.

In Nero Express just start it, go to the "Copy and Backup" icon, and select "Burn Image to Disc". Then select the .iso file and that's it.
