Is It Common To Develope A Rash With Viral Meningitis?
I was in the hospital for 4 days after being diagnosed with viral meningitis. I was asked if I had any unusual skin lesions. My answer was no. But after coming home, I did develope an unusual rash.. That sprouted in clusters around my mid-drift. Is this expected?

The meninges are the covering of brain. They protect brain. Their inflammation can cause problems. The causes of inflammation can be bacterial or viral infection. The bacterial infection is very fatal. The viral meningitis is common and is not lethal. Among other symptoms, a rash is also common symptom of viral meningitis.
