    Can Roommate Kick Me Out Of Residence Even Though Signed Agreement Is Doesn't Expire Until Aug 1, 2008?

    I have signed/dated agreement with homeowner that recently moved out of state. His son & daughter in law, also reside on property and are now want me to move out before date of agreement. Is my agreement still valid even though 2nd signer is no longer at residence?

    If the roommate is also renting the space from someone, it is harder to get a sublet out than it is to get the original renter himself out. And if the situation is rite , you could take up to 6 mo. To move you out.

      The agreement is valid and lawfully they cannot expel you out of home until your contract expires and you can sue him in the court of law.
