There are relatively few users from Middle east compared to other places, Blurtit might need to provide Arabic version to attract Middle eastern market.

Just click on Members and then enter your desired Middle eastern country in the search box below and Blurters regarding that country will be displayed with their username. I tried entering UAE and got some results.
