What Is The Temperature In The Maldives?

The Maldives usually experiences warm and humid weather. The sun shines brightly throughout the year. The average temperature hovers around the range of between 29 and 32 degrees Celsius. The months between November and April are the best time to visit the Maldives. There is heavy rainfall in the month of May, which continues for a period of three months, namely upto the month of August. The Maldives has a hot climate for the better part of the year, as is the case in most tropical countries.

There are two monsoons, namely the southwest monsoon and the northeast monsoon. The southwest monsoon occurs between the months of May and October and the northeast monsoon occurs between the months of November and April. The southwest monsoon brings more wind and rain in the months of June and July. The minimum temperature usually hovers around the 25 degrees Centigrade mark and hardly falls below this.
