In our city one chit fund is there ,i invest my one lake money with the duration of one year, then the date is over they did not return the money .so what we do?.It is a private chitfund .how to get my money ,give some solutions.

I am afraid you have very little chances. If you have invested in a ponzi scheme you are probably dealing with an experienced crook. You can try threating them with legal actions, but that's unlikely to help. It's better to threaten them that you will let everyone know that they are scamming (if they are still offering their "investment opportunity")
