I Have Kittens, And Our Baby Girl Cat Has A Lump With An Open Hole In It, And I Don't Know What It Is. I’m Afraid It's Some Kind Of Worm.

If she had worms it would be in her stool. Sounds like she needs to be on an antibiotic so it doesn't get infected so you should take her to your vet.
