How Do I Get A Definitive Test For Lyme Disease ?

I have been treated for Lyme after 3 years of dieing, The Doctor I had left the state and took my records.My new doctor won't help me because all my tests were negitive. HE does not believe in recurring Lyme. I live in Rockford Il. We need help to live.

    The diagnosis of Lyme disease in early stages is made by the
    clinical symptoms like presence of classic red rash and history of tick bite.
    In the later stages, it is diagnosed by the blood test called Elisa assay.
    However, this test can cause confusion because it detects antibodies produced
    against bacteria of Lyme disease. These antibodies can stay in our system for
    years even after the treatment of Lyme disease. This test is confirmed by
    another test called Western Blot assay antibody test. As you have 3 years history
