    There are a number of challenges faced by sales management. The first challenge regarding this is that competitive strategies of the company are not executed. This can be because sales persons do not have mental stamina for it. Sometimes, poorly qualified opportunities are only accessed by the companies. This can be because a manager is not giving full concentration towards sales performance but they are more concerned about number of sales. Another challenge that is faced by the company is that a lot of money and time is spent on the sales training of the salespersons. For increasing the sales performance the company has to ensure a highly qualified team. Sales tracking is another major challenge for sales management because it is not based on the guess work, and it requires more efforts.
