One good recipe is seafood gumbo, frozen whitening (skinned) you can easily pull the skin off while frozen, you may need to dribble a little tap water on the frozen fish to get the skin started and it is easier to grasp and pull off, don't wet the fish to much, you can add canned crab meat that you have been through and remove any shells that maybe there, some lobster meat (shelled)old bey seasoning, you can add veggies as you please or that you like, carrots, peas, whole kernel corn, any other seafood that you like, and seasoning that suits your palet, some people use rice or noodles to help thicken the gumbo, very good cooked in a slow cooker,....the best to you and enjoy .....let me know how it turned out the more you do it the better you will get at it and you can add or leave out what you wish, take it and make it your own..........
