What Do I Need To Do To Legally Change My Child's Last Name To My Husbands Last Name?

I have two children prior to marriage whom are not my husbands biologically. They do not know their birth fathers and they carry my last name. I am now married to a wonderful man and have a biological son with him. We want all of our family to share his last name and are not sure how to go about it. Please advise. (my Maiden Name Is My Sons Last Name).

If the other fathers are not listed on the birth certificates, you should be able to get a lawyer that can handle the paperwork for a very low fee.
In our state even a name change goes before a judge, as I went though the same thing when I married my wife, although to make everything completely legal I actually went through adoption proceedings with our sons changing their middle name also.
