What Do You Know About Al? In The Story "The Killers"� ?

"The Killers" is the one of the most significant short stories written by Ernest Hemingway in his terse style. A person named Al is one of the main characters of the story. Al is the first one to enter in the restaurant in the story and he investigates about their expected victim. Al also behaves strangely with the workers of the restaurant. At times he talks so nicely with the worker and other people present in the restaurant where as on other occasions he also talks in a threatening way with the workers of the restaurant.

Al has the same appearance in dressing as his other fellow has. He was also one of the 2 persons who want to kill a person named Ole Anderson. And he investigates about him as well in the story. Another strange thing is that he eats with his gloves wearing. Al also says in a sarcastic manner for his expected victim that he would blow his head off.
