Can Spinal Stenosis Be No Treatable?

In spinal stenosis, spinal canal become narrow. This spinal canal contains nerve roots and spinal cord. This narrowing of spinal canal puts pressure on nerve roots and spinal cord leading to lower back and leg pain. Spinal stenosis can be congenital or due to osteoarthritis.
There are no treatments available for spinal stenosis. Different therapies are used for pain relief and mobility. Use of NSAIDs and injections of corticosteroids in the epidural space can relieve the pain. Sometimes, surgery is also performed. Specific exercise can also improve quality of life.

I have Spinal Stenosis and there are several treatments that can be done to relieve your pain.  
However, there is no cure.  I go to a Pain Clinic to see the doctor for this.
So far I've had 3 epidural shots, which only relieved my pain for a short while, but they may work for you.
Then I had 4 shots at once that gave me over a week of being pain-free.
After that... 4 shots again on August 10th and I've been pain-free for two days so far!  

Again, I must stress that everyone is different and each person will react in different ways.
Since nothing has helped me long enough, in two weeks I am going to get an RFA which is a frequency Ablation.  They burn the nerve that is causing the pain.  It's not a painful procedure either plus it's out-patient.  The nurse told me... "you walk in and you walk out".  I'll be sore for a week, but can still return to work the next day!   It works anywhere from 3 months to 2 years (or more!)

Sometimes the nerve tries to grow back but the procedure can be repeated.  I'm SO looking forward to it!
