Do Teeth Break If You Grind Them At Night Or During The Day?
Answers
I wouldn't say they break but they do grind down a whole lot until they aren't able to be ground anymore, but they do not break

Over time the teeth will get worn away but it depends upon how often you do it. If you do it every single day for hours on end then eventually you will notice a difference in your teeth. I don't think it is possible to wear them down entirely though, it would just be noticeable.
It would be better to ask a dentist if you are unsure as they will know all of the risks associated from grinding your teeth. Usually veneers can be used to repair teeth that have been worn down through grinding but they can be expensive.
Overall it will have an effect on the teeth you you do grind a lot of the time. So make sure that you cut it down as much as you can and you should be ok.
