Will Will The Job Market Improve(no One Is Hiring!)?

No one is spending money, because no one is working, no one is hiring because nobody has money to spend.  I do financial collections and food service industry, the only ones hiring are for management or exotic dancers(special note Cafe Risque just went out of business).  I lost my collections job then got a better offer in the same field, but got fired a week later because of my background check(I had a non violent F3 charge) I got caught taking some change out of an unlocked vehicle, cause I was homeless and hungry, so now I'm screwed for the rest of my life, and can't get a job because there AREN'T ANY!!!  The stimulus is crap, it only helps people with perfect credit and jobs, welcome to the newest third world country, the United States of America.
